Jason has over 18 years of experience is in the area of business, insurance disputes, construction and real estate disputes, and commercial litigation. Jason has substantial experience in the defense and prosecution of complex construction and design claims involving both public and private projects. His practice has included all facets of construction law, including representation of construction managers, contractors, design professionals, sureties, subcontractors, material suppliers and others, in State and Federal Court, arbitration, mediation, and trial. Jason has litigated claims on a wide variety of projects, including mixed-use high-rise buildings, airports, road and bridge construction, commercial buildings, schools, parking garages, condominiums, hotels, multi-family and retail projects. Jason is also experienced in the preparation of construction liens and negotiation of construction and design contracts.

While away from the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his Wife and daughter and also enjoys watching sports and playing golf.
